The Focus Training Group are dedicated to delivering quality and high standards in apprenticeship training. We drive quality through monitoring our achievement rates and striving to increase them year on year, these are benchmarked against local and national rates. We evaluate learner and employer feedback to ensure learners are both enjoying their programme of delivery and reaching their full potential. We pride ourselves on our high quality training which gives the employer value for money. By engaging in local and national networks we have access to up to date information, technology and resources enabling us to meet and exceed industry requirements. Mission
