Due to expansion The Focus Training Group are looking for a qualified accountancy tutor located in our Plymouth centre. You will be responsible for delivering the Accountancy Standard and Bookkeeping up to Level 4. You will need good motivation and IT skills, be able to work alone and as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft systems and electronic portfolio would be desirable.
Your duties will include:
- Supply data to allow the apprenticeship co-ordinator to track learners progress on the electronic portfolio.
- Liaise with the apprenticeship co-ordinator on the completion of the 12 weekly reviews.
- Induct learners onto their training programme.
- Guide the learner through the learner journey and ensure they are prepared for end point assessment.
- Ensure all completion paperwork is accurate and processed through to the admin team ready for claiming.
- Plan, deliver and assess learners on their training programmes.
- Ensure all AAT registrations and examinations are planned and carried out in a timely manner.
- Work within the AAT protocols and codes of practice.
Working hours 1-2 days per week.
Salary £35,000-£38,000 pro rata per annum
