The Focus Training Group are now looking for an Employer Engagement Officer to work with both existing and new customers. You will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of commercial courses, interviewing learners onto an apprenticeship programme, matching learners with potential employers and completing the sign up paperwork.

Working towards targeted cohorts of learners within the technical trades such as electrical and gas, you will be required to fulfil existing employers vacancies in addition to sourcing new employers for the company to work with.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. This position will suit a friendly outgoing person with exceptional organisation skills.

Although the position is based in Plymouth, you will be required to work across sites from Bristol down to Redruth.

Salary: £22,000.00 per year.
