A BIG Focus Congratulations to Ben, who is one of our apprentices who works at Aardman Animations Ben has been selected as a finalist for the category of Outstanding Apprentice of the Year, Business, Administrative & Financial Services at the Bristol Live & Bath Live Apprenticeship Awards on Tuesday 17th May 2022. Ben has been selected as a finalist for the category of Outstanding Apprentice of the Year, Business, Administrative & Financial Services at the Bristol Live & Bath Live Apprenticeship Awards on Tuesday 17th May 2022.

Ben reflects "An apprenticeship should never be viewed as simply making the tea or sweeping the floor, but instead a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience and learn from some of the best of the business. That is certainly what it is like at Aardman, I am fortunate to learn from some of the most talented and creative people I have ever met."

"As an apprentice Licensing Assistant, no two days are the same as I work on approvals for merchandise, ensuring it meets the high standards of Aardman. I’m shocked and honoured to be selected as a finalist, and I hope no matter what the outcome of this award, that I have helped at least one person see the potential that an Apprenticeship has."
