Apprentices earn a wage whilst working alongside more experienced staff, helping them gain job-specific skills, and is the ideal way to earn whilst they learn, combining elements of education, training and employment.

Apprenticeships take an average 12 months to complete and the current minimum wage is £3.90 per hour with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Working towards an industry recognised standard, apprenticeships give your business the competitive advantage to meet future demands and ensure you have the right skills available to you at the right time to meet the needs of your customers.

Gaining skills which are relevant to your business - it is tailor made training to suit your business needs and can be award winning. Several of our employers have been recognised for their commitment to the apprenticeship programme. Any employer who recruits an apprentice aged 16 – 18 will receive an incentive bonus of £1000.
