The Education and Training Award Level 3 will give you an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a trainer/teacher to meeting the needs of the learners in relation to legislation, equality, diversity and inclusion.

You will be able to organise learning, plan and deliver sessions using relevant appropriate resources and teaching methods as well as identify the characteristics of effective assessment and feedback.
Subjects covered include, roles, responsibilities and relationships, using inclusive teaching and learning approaches and principles and practices of assessment in education and training.
Multi DAYS
This award is delivered over 5 sessions in small groups classroom based spread our over 4 months (normally every 3 weeks).

When will I know if I've passed?
Results notified within 2 weeks, successful candidates will receive a Highfield accredited Level 3 certificate.
