Booking Procedure & Confirmation
Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis on receipt of an online booking or hard copy booking form and full payment.
Securing your booking
A place is not secure until a fully completed booking form has been received; either online or by post or fax, and full payment is received. If payment has not been received, The Focus Training Group reserves the right to allocate the place to another customer. On receipt of a booking form and payment, booking confirmation will be emailed to the delegate(s)/organisation as indicated.
Bookings can normally be accepted at any time up to one week prior to the course start date, subject to availability. For some City & Guilds courses, bookings made after a certain deadline will incur additional charges i.e. late examination fees, such charges will be advised at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made online or over the phone using a Debit or Credit Card. This is the easiest option and will allow immediate confirmation of your place on a course. A 2% charge will apply for all payments made by Business Credit Card.
Payment can be made by cheque, payable to ‘Focus Training (SW) Ltd’. Please post your cheque along with your completed booking form to the relevant training centre. Once your cheque has been processed, we will be in touch to confirm your course booking.
Payment can also be made by BACS, please contact us for our bank details, or supply a purchase order number if you require an invoice. Please email your BACS remittance to enquiries@thefocustraininggroup.com. Once your BACS payment is processed we will be in touch to confirm your course booking.
Delegates will not be able to commence a course until full payment has been received. Invoices are normally issued on immediate receipt of payment or if invoicing terms have been agreed around eight weeks before the course is due to start.
Course Literature
Any publications can be purchased by prior arrangement of at least 14 days from The Focus Training Group.
